At Moyu Animation Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your party supplies purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange your product within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
Please note that personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
